Transfer Solutions employs around 200 consultants, project leaders, testers, developers and DBAs. They live and breathe Oracle and OutSystems technology, and they are very happy to share their extensive knowledge and experience with others. They know that sharing knowledge works best in an informal and personal atmosphere, as they explain below. Please note: these are just a few of the trainers that can work with your group.
Besides working as a BI consultant, I enjoy connecting people and technology. My work is varied, every customer or student has their own questions. I would like to transfer my enthusiasm to my students by introducing them to a new tooling (KNIME) and helping them to solve their own questions.
Working as a Techlead in OutSystems for several years now, I came accross different situations, in several projects. It is alway necessary to keep the Architecture solid and straight, certainly in the bigger projects. As trainer of the Architecture Boot Camps, I want to transfer my knowledge to the students, where I combine the theory with real life practice examples.
I love sharing my knowledge, especially when participants can immediately apply it in practice. It is very satisfying to see how developers gain new insights and can directly implement AI functionalities in their APEX applications.
During teaching, you always encounter new challenges, which lead to interesting questions and innovative solutions. This not only makes it engaging for the participants but also keeps me sharp and ensures that I keep learning continuously. As a result, I can keep improving my trainings and keep them up to date with the latest developments.
Furthermore, AI within Oracle APEX offers tremendous possibilities, and I find it inspiring to guide others in this. It is interesting to see how participants apply AI in their projects and discover how they can make their work more efficient and innovative with it. My goal is to help them get the most out of this technology.
